Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable"
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return request
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package your item securely with all original tags attached
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
